1. Licenza d'Uso Base e Moduli Professionali (Suite Pro B2B)
Viene concessa all'Utente base una licenza limitata, personale, revocabile e non esclusiva per accedere e utilizzare i servizi analitici e hobbistici. Per gli Utenti abilitati dall'amministrazione all'accesso e all'impiego dei moduli professionali (Repricer, Magazzino CT0), l'attività si svolge in regime contrattuale Business-to-Business (B2B) regolato dalle Condizioni Speciali B2B (Sezione 4 dei Termini di Servizio), con mandato tecnico senza rappresentanza, esonero di responsabilità e manleva attiva.
2. Tutela dell'Infrastruttura e Rate Limiting
È severamente proibito eseguire script automatizzati non autorizzati, attacchi di flood, reverse engineering o qualsiasi azione suscettibile di sovraccaricare l'infrastruttura del server o violare i vincoli di frequenza imposti dalle API esterne (Scryfall, CardTrader).
3. Integrità e Rispetto dei Marketplace
L'Utente è tenuto a operare con la massima correttezza nei confronti dei marketplace collegati. Qualsiasi tentativo di manipolazione fraudolenta di ordini, prezzi o dati di inventario costituirà motivo di immediata rescissione dell'accesso.
4. Divieto Assoluto di Decompilazione
I file binari compilati in linguaggio macchina (.so) e gli script offuscati costituiscono proprietà intellettuale riservata. Qualsiasi tentativo di decompilazione, disassemblaggio o manomissione è perseguibile a norma di legge.
5. Tutela Sui Generis della Banca Dati e Divieto Assoluto di Scraping / AI Training
La banca dati dei prezzi, le curve medie esponenziali (EMA 7 e 30 giorni), gli indicatori predittivi Prophecy Spike, gli algoritmi di stima e le elaborazioni quantitative di ManaSentry costituiscono opera dell'ingegno e banca dati tutelata ai sensi del D.Lgs. 169/1999 e della Direttiva Europea 96/9/CE sul diritto del costitutore (diritto sui generis). È tassativamente vietata qualsiasi operazione di estrazione permanente o temporanea, scraping, indicizzazione automatica, interrogazione massiva o reimpiego dei dati per finalità commerciali terze, sviluppo di software concorrenti o addestramento di modelli di machine learning / intelligenza artificiale senza licenza scritta dell'amministrazione.
6. Divieto di Multi-Account Fraudolento e Condivisione Credenziali
È vietata la creazione di account multipli riconducibili allo stesso soggetto al fine di eludere sospensioni, quote operative o limitazioni di accesso. Le credenziali di accesso sono strettamente personali e non cedibili a terzi.
7. Divieto Assoluto di Materiale Contraffatto e Misure di Sicurezza
È severamente proibito impiegare la piattaforma per stimare, proporre in vendita, sincronizzare a magazzino o cedere carte contraffatte, riproduzioni non autorizzate (proxy), alterazioni non dichiarate o re-backed cards. Qualsiasi violazione comporta l'immediata disattivazione definitiva dell'account (ban permanente), la segnalazione formale dell'accaduto ai marketplace partner collegati (CardTrader) e l'inoltro dei dati e del materiale ricevuto alle autorità di Polizia Giudiziaria per la tutela della fede pubblica e del diritto d'autore (D.Lgs. 30/2005).
8. Divieto di Manipolazione del Mercato e Spoofing Prezzi
È vietato porre in essere comportamenti volti ad alterare artificiosamente i prezzi di riferimento di mercato (es. Inserzioni fittizie a prezzi anomali o wash trading sui marketplace collegati) al fine di influenzare le valutazioni algoritmiche dell'Oracolo o le stime del Totem.
9. Divieto di Diffamazione, Scorrettezza e Condotte Abusive verso lo Staff
L'Utente si impegna a intrattenere qualsiasi comunicazione con lo staff e il supporto con correttezza, rispetto e buona fede. Comportamenti intimidatori, diffamatori, minacce o dichiarazioni mendaci comporteranno l'immediata rescissione contrattuale.
10. Clausola Risolutiva Espressa (Art. 1456 C.C.)
Ai sensi dell'art. 1456 del Codice Civile, l'amministrazione si riserva il diritto insindacabile di revocare, bloccare o cancellare l'account dell'Utente con effetto immediato in caso di inosservanza anche parziale delle disposizioni enunciate nel presente Codice di Condotta.

For users authorized by administration to access professional modules (Repricer, CT0 Inventory), activities fall under a Business-to-Business (B2B) contract governed by Special B2B Terms, featuring a technical mandate without representation, liability exclusion, and active indemnification.
2. Infrastructure Protection and Rate Limiting
Executing unauthorized automated scripts, flood attacks, reverse engineering, or any actions likely to overload server infrastructure or violate external API rate limits (Scryfall, CardTrader) is strictly forbidden.
3. Marketplace Integrity and Compliance
Users must operate with maximum fairness toward connected marketplaces. Any fraudulent manipulation of orders, prices, or inventory data results in immediate revocation of access.
4. Absolute Prohibition of Decompilation
Compiled machine-code binary files (.so) and obfuscated scripts constitute proprietary trade secrets and intellectual property. Any reverse engineering or decompilation attempt is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
5. Sui Generis Database Protection and Prohibition of Scraping / AI Training
The price database, exponential moving average curves (7-day and 30-day EMA), Prophecy Spike predictive indicators, valuation algorithms, and quantitative computations of ManaSentry constitute proprietary intellectual property and a protected database under EU Directive 96/9/EC on the legal protection of databases (sui generis right). Any permanent or temporary extraction, scraping, automated indexing, bulk querying, or data reuse for third-party commercial purposes, competing software, or machine learning / AI model training without written license is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibition of Fraudulent Multi-Accounts and Credential Sharing
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, operational quotas, or access tiers is prohibited. Login credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable.
7. Absolute Prohibition of Counterfeit Material & Security Measures
Using the platform to evaluate, offer for sale, sync in inventory, or transfer counterfeit cards, unauthorized proxies, undeclared alterations, or re-backed cards is strictly forbidden. Any violation results in immediate permanent account termination (ban), formal reporting to partner marketplaces (CardTrader), and submission of case data and physical materials to law enforcement authorities for the defense of public trust and intellectual property rights.
8. Prohibition of Market Manipulation and Price Spoofing
Actions aimed at artificially distorting benchmark market prices (e.g. fictitious listings or wash trading on connected marketplaces) to influence platform algorithms are strictly prohibited.
9. Prohibition of Abuse and Defamation Against Staff
Users must engage with staff and support respectfully and in good faith. Harassment, threats, or mendacious claims will cause immediate termination of service.
10. Express Termination Clause
Administration reserves the right to immediately suspend, block, or delete the user's account in case of any breach of the provisions set forth in this Code of Conduct.

Se otorga al usuario básico una licencia limitada, personal, revocable y no exclusiva para acceder a servicios analíticos. Para usuarios autorizados en módulos profesionales (Repricer, Inventario CT0), la relación se rige bajo contrato Business-to-Business (B2B) con mandato técnico sin representación y exención de responsabilidad.
2. Protección de la Infraestructura y Límites de Frecuencia
Queda terminantemente prohibido ejecutar scripts no autorizados, ataques de denegación, ingeniería inversa o cualquier acción que sobrecargue el servidor o viole los límites de las API externas (Scryfall, CardTrader).
3. Integridad y Respeto hacia los Mercados
El usuario debe actuar con la máxima honestidad hacia las plataformas vinculadas. Cualquier intento de manipulación indebida de pedidos o precios causará la revocación inmediata de la cuenta.
4. Prohibición Absoluta de Descompilación
Los binarios compilados (.so) y el código ofuscado son propiedad intelectual reservada. Toda descompilación o alteración será perseguida legalmente.
5. Protección Sui Generis de Base de Datos y Prohibición de Scraping / Entrenamiento de IA
La base de datos de precios, las curvas de medias móviles exponenciales (EMA de 7 y 30 días), los indicadores Prophecy Spike y los algoritmos cuantitativos de ManaSentry constituyen obra intelectual y base de datos protegida conforme a la Directiva Europea 96/9/CE (derecho sui generis). Queda prohibida cualquier extracción permanente o temporal, raspado automatizado, consulta masiva o reutilización de datos con fines comerciales, desarrollo de software competidor o entrenamiento de modelos de inteligencia artificial sin licencia previa por escrito.
6. Prohibición de Cuentas Múltiples y Compartición de Credenciales
Se prohíbe crear cuentas múltiples para eludir límites o restricciones. Las claves de acceso son personales e intransferibles.
7. Prohibición Absoluta de Material Falsificado y Medidas de Seguridad
Queda estrictamente prohibido utilizar la plataforma para valorar, publicar para venta, sincronizar en inventario o ceder cartas falsificadas, reproducciones no autorizadas (proxy), alteraciones no declaradas o cartas re-backed. Cualquier infracción implicará la cancelación inmediata y definitiva de la cuenta (bloqueo permanente), la comunicación a los mercados asociados (CardTrader) y la remisión de datos y material a las autoridades judiciales y policiales competentes.
8. Prohibición de Manipulación de Mercado
Se prohíben conductas para alterar artificialmente precios de referencia mediante ofertas engañosas en los mercados conectados.
9. Respeto y Conducta hacia el Equipo
Las comunicaciones con el equipo deben realizarse con respeto. Toda agresión o amenaza motivará la rescisión del servicio.
10. Cláusula Resolutoria Expresa
La dirección se reserva el derecho de cancelar la cuenta de inmediato en caso de incumplimiento de este Código de Conducta.

2. Infrastrukturschutz und Rate-Limiting
Nicht autorisierte Skripte, Flood-Angriffe, Reverse Engineering oder Handlungen, die Server überlasten oder API-Limits (Scryfall, CardTrader) verletzen, sind strengstens untersagt.
3. Integrität und Marktplatz-Konformität
Nutzer verpflichten sich zu absolut fairem Verhalten auf angebundenen Marktplätzen. Betrügerische Manipulationen führen zum sofortigen Entzug des Zugangs.
4. Absolutes Dekompilierungsverbot
Kompilierte Binärdateien (.so) und obfuskierte Skripte stellen geschütztes geistiges Eigentum dar. Jeder Versuch einer Dekompilierung wird strafrechtlich verfolgt.
5. Sui-Generis-Datenbankschutz und Verbot von Scraping / KI-Training
Die Preisdatenbank, exponentiell geglättete Durchschnitte (EMA 7 und 30 Tage), Prophecy Spike-Indikatoren und quantitativen Algorithmen von ManaSentry stellen geschütztes geistiges Eigentum und eine geschützte Datenbank gemäß EU-Richtlinie 96/9/EG (Sui-generis-Recht) dar. Jegliche dauerhafte oder vorübergehende Entnahme, Scraping, automatisierte Abfrage oder Weiterverwendung von Daten für kommerzielle Zwecke, Konkurrenzprodukte oder das Trainieren von KI-/Machine-Learning-Modellen ohne schriftliche Lizenz ist strengstens untersagt.
6. Verbot von Mehrfachkonten
Die Erstellung von Schein-Accounts zur Umgehung von Kontingenten ist untersagt. Zugangsdaten sind vertraulich und nicht übertragbar.
7. Striktes Verbot gefälschter Karten & Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Die Nutzung der Plattform zur Bewertung, zum Verkauf, zur Bestandssynchronisierung oder Weitergabe von gefälschten Karten, unerlaubten Proxies, undeklarierten Alterationen oder Re-backed-Karten ist strengstens verboten. Jeder Verstoß führt zur sofortigen dauerhaften Kontosperre, zur Meldung an angebundene Marktplätze (CardTrader) sowie zur Weiterleitung der Daten und Beweisstücke an die zuständigen Strafverfolgungsbehörden zum Schutz von Marken- und Urheberrechten.
8. Verbot von Marktmanipulation
Handlungen zur künstlichen Verzerrung von Marktpreisen durch fingierte Angebote sind strengstens untersagt.
9. Respektvoller Umgang mit dem Support
Bedrohungen, Beleidigungen oder Falschangaben gegenüber dem Team führen zur sofortigen Kündigung.
10. Ausdrückliche Kündigungsklausel
Die Plattformleitung behält sich das Recht vor, Konten bei Verstößen gegen diesen Verhaltenskodex fristlos zu sperren.

L'utilisateur s'engage à interagir de manière loyale avec les plateformes connectées. Toute manipulation frauduleuse entraîne la révocation immédiate de l'accès.

Toute extraction permanente ou temporaire, moissonnage automatisé (scraping), requête massive ou réutilisation des données à des fins commerciales, de logiciels concurrents ou d'entraînement de modèles d'IA sans licence écrite préalable est formellement interdite.
6. Interdiction de Multi-Comptes et Partage d'Identifiants
Il est interdit de créer plusieurs comptes pour contourner des restrictions. Les identifiants sont strictement individuels et non cessibles.
7. Interdiction Absolue des Contrefaçons & Mesures de Sécurité
Il est formellement interdit d'utiliser la plateforme pour estimer, proposer à la vente, synchroniser en stock ou céder des cartes contrefaites, des reproductions non autorisées (proxies), des altérations non déclarées ou des cartes re-backed. Toute infraction entraîne la clôture définitive immédiate du compte (bannissement), le signalement officiel aux places de marché partenaires (CardTrader) et la transmission des éléments aux autorités compétentes au titre de la protection de la propriété intellectuelle.
8. Interdiction de Manipulation du Marché
Tout comportement visant à fausser artificiellement les prix de marché via des annonces fictives est prohibé.
9. Respect et Courtoisie Envers l'Équipe
Tout échange avec l'équipe doit être mené avec respect. Tout comportement abusif entraîne la résiliation immédiate.
10. Clause Résolutoire Expresse
L'administration se réserve le droit de révoquer l'accès sans préavis en cas de non-respect de ce Code de Conduite.
1. Natura del Servizio e Mandato Tecnico senza Rappresentanza
L'inserimento del Personal Access Token CardTrader (Zero API) da parte dell'Utente nella piattaforma ManaSentry costituisce conferimento di mero mandato tecnico informatico. ManaSentry agisce esclusivamente quale interfaccia computazionale per trasmettere istruzioni (interrogazioni di prezzi, strategie Repricer, sincronizzazioni di magazzino) alle API di CardTrader in nome e per conto dell'Utente.
2. Custodia delle Credenziali
Il Token API personale è custodito e protetto in ambienti isolati e cifrato con crittografia AES-256. L'Utente è il solo ed esclusivo responsabile della riservatezza e validità delle credenziali del proprio profilo CardTrader.
3. Efficacia Vincolante degli Ordini e delle Inserzioni
Qualsiasi ordine completato o modifica di prezzo pubblicata dal Repricer sul marketplace di CardTrader ha effetto diretto nella sfera giuridica ed economica dell'Utente. ManaSentry non è acquirente, venditore, intermediario commerciale né responsabile di vendite sottocosto, acquisti indesiderati o contestazioni tra utenti e controparti su marketplace terzi.
4. Manleva e Tetto Risarcitorio (Liability Cap)
L'Utente Professionista si impegna a manlevare e tenere indenne ManaSentry da qualsiasi pretesa o sanzione di terzi o marketplace scaturente dall'attività svolta. Ai sensi dell'art. 1229 c.c., la responsabilità massima complessiva di ManaSentry è convenzionalmente limitata a un tetto forfettario pari a quanto corrisposto dall'Utente nei 3 mesi antecedenti ovvero al limite massimo di 50,00 €.
5. Revoca della Delega
L'Utente ha la piena facoltà di interrompere la delega tecnica in qualsiasi momento semplicemente rimuovendo il token dal proprio profilo utente, revocandolo dal pannello di controllo dell'applicazione su CardTrader oppure inviando una mail al supporto che prenderà in carico la richiesta e provvederà entro 24h.
6. Dipendenza da API Esterne, Interruzioni Tecniche e Tariffe dei Marketplace Partner
L'erogazione dei moduli Repricer e sincronizzazione magazzino dipende strutturalmente dalla disponibilità e dalle specifiche tecniche delle API esterne messe a disposizione da CardTrader e Scryfall. ManaSentry non potrà essere ritenuta in alcun caso responsabile per perdite economiche, mancate vendite, errori di allineamento o interruzioni del servizio causate da: (a) modifiche unilaterali delle API o delle specifiche tecniche da parte dei marketplace; (b) variazioni delle commissioni di vendita (fee) applicate da CardTrader; (c) downtime dei server terzi, revoche impreviste o scadenze dei token dell'utente; (d) provvedimenti di sospensione o ban adottati autonomamente dal marketplace nei confronti del profilo del venditore.
1. Service Nature and Technical Mandate Without Representation
Entering a CardTrader Personal Access Token (Zero API) into ManaSentry constitutes an IT technical mandate. ManaSentry acts solely as a computational interface transmitting instructions (price lookups, Repricer rules, inventory sync) to CardTrader APIs in the user's name and on their behalf.
2. Secure Storage of Credentials
The personal API token is stored securely in isolated environments encrypted with AES-256 encryption. The user retains sole responsibility for the secrecy and validity of their CardTrader credentials.
3. Binding Effect of Orders and Listings
Every order placed or price update executed by the Repricer on CardTrader takes direct legal and financial effect on the user. ManaSentry is neither buyer, seller, nor commercial broker, and assumes no liability for below-cost sales or disputes with third-party marketplaces.
4. Indemnification and Liability Cap
Professional users indemnify and hold harmless ManaSentry from any third-party claims or marketplace sanctions. ManaSentry's maximum total aggregate liability is conventionally capped at the amount paid by the user over the preceding 3 months, up to a maximum limit of €50.00.
5. Revocation of Mandate
Users can revoke the technical mandate at any time by deleting the token from their platform profile, revoking it in their CardTrader settings, or emailing support for removal within 24h.
6. External API Dependency, Technical Downtime & Marketplace Partner Fees
The operation of Repricer and warehouse synchronization modules structurally depends on the availability and technical specifications of external APIs provided by CardTrader and Scryfall. ManaSentry shall not be held liable for financial losses, missed sales, alignment discrepancies, or service disruptions caused by: (a) unilateral modifications to APIs or technical specs by marketplaces; (b) changes in sales commissions (fees) applied by CardTrader; (c) third-party server downtime, unexpected revocations, or user token expiration; (d) suspension or account restriction measures enforced independently by the marketplace against the seller's profile.

La introducción del Personal Access Token de CardTrader en ManaSentry constituye un mandato técnico puramente informático. ManaSentry actúa exclusivamente como puente de cómputo para enviar instrucciones (consultas, Repricer, sincronizaciones) a las API de CardTrader a nombre y cuenta del usuario.
2. Custodia de Claves
El Token API se almacena de forma segura y cifrado mediante el estándar AES-256. El usuario es el único responsable de la confidencialidad de sus credenciales.
3. Efectos de las Publicaciones y Pedidos
Cualquier cambio de precio u orden ejecutada a través del Repricer recae jurídicamente sobre el usuario. ManaSentry no participa en la compraventa ni asume responsabilidad por ventas a precio inferior al deseado.
4. Indemnización y Límite de Responsabilidad
El usuario profesional exime a ManaSentry de cualquier reclamación de terceros. La responsabilidad total de ManaSentry se fija con un tope máximo limitado a lo abonado en los últimos 3 meses o hasta 50,00 €.
5. Revocación del Mandato
El usuario puede rescindir el mandato técnico en cualquier momento eliminando el token de su perfil o revocándolo desde la configuración de CardTrader.
6. Dependencia de API Externas, Caídas Técnicas y Comisiones de Mercados
El funcionamiento del Repricer y la sincronización de inventario depende estructuralmente de la disponibilidad de las API externas facilitadas por CardTrader y Scryfall. ManaSentry no será responsable bajo ninguna circunstancia por pérdidas económicas, ventas no realizadas, desfases de precios o cortes de servicio ocasionados por: (a) modificaciones técnicas unilaterales de las API por los mercados; (b) variación en las comisiones de venta (fees) de CardTrader; (c) caídas de servidores de terceros, revocaciones o expiraciones de tokens; (d) sanciones o bloqueos impuestos directamente por el mercado contra la cuenta del vendedor.

Die Eingabe des CardTrader Personal Access Tokens begründet ein rein technisches Mandat. ManaSentry agiert ausschließlich als rechnergestützte Schnittstelle zur Übermittlung von Befehlen an die CardTrader-API im Namen des Nutzers.
2. Verwahrung der Zugangsdaten
Persönliche API-Tokens werden in isolierten Umgebungen mit AES-256 Verschlüsselung geschützt. Der Nutzer haftet für die Geheimhaltung seiner Zugangsdaten.
3. Verbindlichkeit von Transaktionen
Jede Preisänderung des Repricers auf CardTrader wirkt direkt im wirtschaftlichen Bereich des Nutzers. ManaSentry haftet nicht für Verkäufe unter Wert oder Marktplatzstreitigkeiten.
4. Haftungsfreistellung und Haftungsobergrenze
Der gewerbliche Nutzer stellt ManaSentry von allen Ansprüchen Dritter frei. Die Gesamthaftung von ManaSentry ist vertraglich auf die in den letzten 3 Monaten gezahlten Gebühren bzw. maximal 50,00 € begrenzt.
5. Widerruf des Mandats
Das technische Mandat kann jederzeit durch Entfernen des Tokens im Profil oder auf CardTrader widerrufen werden.
6. Abhängigkeit von externen Schnittstellen (APIs), Ausfallzeiten & Marktplatzgebühren
Die Ausführung von Repricer- und Lagerverwaltungsmodulen hängt strukturell von der Verfügbarkeit und den technischen Spezifikationen der externen APIs von CardTrader und Scryfall ab. ManaSentry haftet unter keinen Umständen für finanzielle Verluste, entgangene Verkäufe, Preisabweichungen oder Systemausfälle infolge von: (a) einseitigen Änderungen der Schnittstellen durch die Marktplätze; (b) Anpassungen der Verkaufsgebühren (Fees) durch CardTrader; (c) Serverausfällen Dritter, unvorhergesehenen Token-Widerrufen oder Ablauf von Nutzer-Tokens; (d) Kontosperrungen oder Sanktionen, die der Marktplatz eigenständig gegen das Profil des Verkäufers verhängt.

L'utilisateur professionnel garantit ManaSentry contre tout recours tiers. La responsabilité totale de ManaSentry est forfaitairement plafonnée aux sommes perçues lors des 3 mois précédents ou au montant maximal de 50,00 €.
5. Révocation de la Délégation
L'utilisateur est libre de révoquer sa délégation technique à tout moment en supprimant son token depuis son profil ou sur CardTrader.
6. Dépendance aux API Externes, Interruptions Techniques & Commissions Partenaires
Le bon fonctionnement du Repricer et de la synchronisation de stock dépend structurellement de la disponibilité des API fournies par CardTrader et Scryfall. ManaSentry ne pourra en aucun cas être tenue pour responsable des préjudices financiers, ventes manquées, écarts tarifaires ou interruptions de service résultant de : (a) modifications unilatérales des spécifications techniques des API par les plateformes ; (b) révisions des commissions de vente appliquées par CardTrader ; (c) indisponibilités des serveurs tiers, révocations inopinées ou expirations de tokens ; (d) mesures disciplinaires ou suspensions appliquées de façon autonome par la place de marché à l'encontre du compte vendeur.
